Food, Mood, & Meditation

A 90-MINUTE SEMINAR THAT WILL HELP IMPROVE YOUR OVERALL MOOD.

The food you eat directly affects your brain function, which ultimately affects your mood. Meditation can reduce stress, anxiety, pain and depression. Our 90-minute seminar will consist of a lecture on food for brain health, led by a registered dietitian, as well as a guided meditation, led by an RYT 500 yoga instructor. Both professionals will provide the tools to implement their teachings into everyday life. The result will be a recipe for an overall better mood.Meditation
