The food you eat directly affects your brain function, which ultimately affects your mood. Meditation can reduce stress, anxiety, pain and depression. Our 90-minute seminar will consist of a lecture on food for brain health, led by a registered dietitian, as well as a guided meditation, led by an RYT 500 yoga instructor. Both professionals will provide the tools to implement their teachings into everyday life. The result will be a recipe for an overall better mood.
